Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days from the date you receive your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • You provide a valid order number and receipt/invoice.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The request is made after 15 days from delivery.

  • The product text, digital products, or downloadable items (if applicable — based on your business).


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@radhakrishnastore.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • A clear photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

    • Reason for refund/exchange

  2. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.


3. Return Shipping

  • For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

  • Items must be shipped back in original packaging.


4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Credit/Debit Card — Refund back to the card

  • UPI/Wallet/NetBanking — Refund to original account

  • Cash on Delivery — Refund via bank transfer or store credit


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted in cases such as:

  • Item with slight use but accepted by us

  • Missing accessories

  • Sale items with marked or reduced prices


6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product (size, color, etc.):

  • Follow the refund request process

  • Approve the exchange

  • Ship back the original item

  • Once received, we send the new item


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • If you cancel after shipment, it will follow the regular return/refund process.
